The Responsibilities of the Coach are to: -

  • Provide objective assessment and observations that foster the Client's self-awareness
  • Listen closely to understand the Client's circumstances fully
  • Act as a sounding board in exploring possibilities and implementing thoughtful planning and decision making
  • Champion opportunities and potential, encouraging stretch and challenge commensurate with personal strengths and aspirations
  • Foster shifts in thinking that reveal fresh perspectives
  • Challenge blind spots to illuminate new possibilities and support the creation of alternative scenarios
  • Maintain professionalism and utmost confidentiality of the coaching conversation.

The Responsibilities of the Client are to: -

  • Create the coaching agenda based on meaningful coaching goals
  • Envisage personal success
  • Assume full responsibility for personal decisions and actions
  • Utilize the coaching process to promote possibility thinking and fresh perspective
  • Take courageous action in alignment with personal goals and aspirations
  • Engage big-picture thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Take the tools, concepts, models, and principles provided and engage in forwarding actions through effective coaching conversations with the Coach.


During the coaching process and relationship, the Client can expect the following:

  • Focus on achieving coaching goals using the proven i-Coaching model, tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.
  • Discovery, design, and development of a comprehensive coaching plan providing a clear success roadmap.
  • Overcoming barriers and situational roadblocks that may arise, ensuring a smooth path towards the Client's desired outcomes.
  • Engaging and enjoyable coaching sessions that foster self-reflection, self-awareness, and personal growth.
  • Occasional check-ins via email and phone as deemed necessary, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Utilization of a wide range of coaching tools, techniques, and assessments to enhance self-discovery, deepen insight, and drive transformational change.


Our coaching program is designed to enable the Client to experience profound personal and professional transformation, delivering a wide range of benefits. The key benefits include:

Under the inspiration of the B&G Coaches, Clients utilize the i-Coaching model to achieve breakthrough goals in their current situation while implementing the actionable steps and resolving situational roadblocks that may emerge along the way. This model applies broadly and specifically in the program and sessions, respectively.

The following are seven aspects of the said model below: -

  1. Introduction: The coaching engagement kicks off with a pre-coaching session where the Client and the B&G Coach get to know each other, reviewing and signing the coaching agreement. The Client makes the first payment and schedules the first session.
  2. Idealization: During the first coaching session, the Coach inspires the Client to envision a meaningful picture of the future by imaging their possibilities and ideal self plus crafting their dream into an achievable coherent The Coach helps the Client to dream big and express their greatest desires. 
  3. Identification: After the idealization, the B&G Coach assists the client focus on identifying the foundation and structure for attaining their dream. The Client categorizes the clear priorities, reflects on how they are already living their vision, and decides how to transform these dreams into a reality. Throughout this process, the Coach supports the Client's mindful choices and actions towards fulfilling their vision and desired

  4. Investigation: Having identified the clear priorities and decided on how to transform their dreams into a reality, the Client and Coach brainstorm ideas explore proven principles and best practices related to the coaching They will also discuss the opportunities and obstacles applicable to the Client's preferred ideal.

  5. Innovation: The Coach guides the Client to innovate personalized, actionable steps from the best ideas generated during the Investigation stage by crafting skills, strategies, and solutions necessary to achieve their coaching objectives and solutions necessary to achieve their coaching objectives and outcomes.

  6. Implementation: Upon completing the Innovation Stage, the Client develops a success plan with SMART goals and a defined accountability mechanism to ensure the actualization of the set-out ideals and dreams.

  7. Introspection: The Coach and Client review the success plan and adjust it as they deem necessary. If and when the steps and success plan needs to be changed, the Client will decide. Throughout the program, the Client introspects the emerging thrills and spills to understand their occurrence and derive critical learnings. Through the program, the parties will celebrate the successes and interrogate any glaring challenges to understand their occurrence and learn from them.

In every coaching session, the Client and Coach will gauge the evolution of the agreed action steps and discuss new insights and blockages from the previous session. Consequently, the Client incorporates new learnings and insights into enhancing their coaching goals.

Options and Frequency of Coaching Sessions

The B&G Coaching Program will depend on the number of sessions as reflected by the options below:

• Option A. 4-6 Sessions

• Option B. 7-9 Sessions

• Option C. 10-12 Sessions

The frequency of the above sessions may be once, twice, or thrice a month.

Beverley Simiyu Nuthu

Beverley is a Certified Professional Coach, qualified Commonwealth Corporate Governance Trainer, and Certified Executive Coach. She is a visionary and experienced facilitator and coach with exceptional leadership consultancy and coaching success for over 20 years.

As a current Associate Trainer and Coach for NIIT Limited (India) and Cirrus Connect Pty, (Australia & UK), and former Trainer for Encompass LLC (USA) and Business Advocacy Fund (Kenya), Beverley has trained and coached over 10,000 leaders within the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors. These leaders are based in Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, India, Sri Lanka, several Middle East countries, and the USA.

She holds a Masters of Leadership (Business and Entrepreneurship) from Pan Africa Christian University, Kenya, and Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting, University of Nairobi, Kenya.

George Muya Nuthu

George M. Nuthu is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a seasoned Leadership Coach and Trainer for 20 years, he has inspired and influenced over 2,500 leaders in local and international organizations from East, West, South Africa, South-East Asia, and the Middle East.

He is engaged in CDI-A Group of Coaching (Kenya) and Centre of CoRe Coaching (Nigeria) as a Coach Educator and Mentor Coach and at Cirrus Connect Pty (Australia & UK), Vista Global Coaching & Consulting (USA), JAS Leadership (USA), CDI-Africa Group of Coaching (Kenya) as a Coach.

George is an ICF Registered Mentor Coach, and an ICF Authorized PCC Marker Trainer. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a graduate of Bachelors of Bible and Theology and Masters in Christian Leadership from Global University (USA), plus a Bachelors of Law from Aligarh Muslin University and Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University, both in India.
