To offer support and service to leaders to be successful in these trying times, B&G Coaching Centre (B&G Centre) has created and customized the Certified Leadership & Team Coach (CLTC) online course for leaders and anyone who leads. This training aims to ignite the leader's passion, inform their mind, and inspire a leader to partner with those they lead in a thought-provoking process that encourages the followers to maximize their personal and collective potential.
B&G Centre's CLTC Course is custom-made to enhance a leader's skillset and mindset to be future-ready and relevant in the fast-changing demands of their roles and responsibilities. This Course meets the ICF requirements of professional coaching standards and practices that will enable the leader to coach anyone, anytime and anywhere.
This online coach training is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 90 total hours of coach-specific education/training as an ICF Level 1 Training course.

Beverley Simiyu Nuthu
Beverley has remarkable experience in developing leadership training and organizational development programs. She is very familiar with methods and techniques of instruction and eLearning development and has an exceptional understanding of corporate development, coaching, talent development, and learning methodologies.
Currently, Beverley is a Director at B& G Consultants Ltd, an Associate Facilitator and Coach for NIIT Limited (India/USA) and JAS Leadership (USA). She has worked in Cirrus Connect Pty (Australia & UK), Encompass LLC (USA), and Business Advocacy Fund (Kenya) as a Leadership Facilitator and Coach. Through these organizations, she has trained and coached over 10,000 leaders across the world both through face to face and online within the UN, private, not-for-profit, and public sectors. Recently, Beverley was an Assessor of Cambridge University's Institute for Sustainability Leadership course on Women Leading Change: Shaping Our Future
Beverley is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a qualified Commonwealth Corporate Governance Trainer, and a Certified Executive & Professional Coach. She holds a Masters of Leadership (Business and Entrepreneurship) from Pan Africa Christian University, Kenya, and a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting, University of Nairobi, Kenya.
George Muya Nuthu
George M. Nuthu has 20+ years of training experience and excellent presentation and communication skills. As a leadership development trainer and facilitator, he has inspired and influenced over 2,500 leaders in local and international organizations from East, West, South Africa, South-East Asia, and the Middle East.
As a Coach Educator, he serves as the Chief Examiner of CDI-A Group of Coaching (Kenya) and a Mentor Coach for the Centre of CoRe Coaching (Nigeria). He has previously served as a Leadership Facilitator at Cirrus Connect Pty (Australia & UK), JAS Leadership (USA), and the Bean Group (USA). Currently, George is a Leadership Coach for Vista Global Coaching & Consulting (USA), CDI-Africa Group of Coaching (Kenya), Pluma Coaching (USA), BetterUp Coaching (USA), Know You More (UK), Africa Food Fellowship (Kenya & Rwanda) and Cedar Africa Group (Kenya) and The Leadership Group (Kenya).
George is the Director of Education for B&G Coaching Centre and credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is an ICF Registered Mentor Coach and an ICF Authorized PCC Marker Trainer. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a graduate of Bachelors of Bible and Theology and Masters in Christian Leadership from Global University (USA), plus a Bachelors of Law from Aligarh Muslim University and Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University, both in India.

What is a Certified Leadership and Team Coach?
A Certified Leadership Coach is a leader or person in a leadership role who has completed a comprehensive leadership and team coaching course approved or accredited by a Professional Body such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Such a person also is interested in being equipped with leadership and team coaching competencies, ethics, and a passion for demonstrating what they have learned to those they lead.
What are the requirements for enrolling in the Certified Leadership and Team Coaching Course?
Enrollment to the Certified Leadership and Team Coaching Course is open to anyone who possesses a diploma or degree from a recognized institution and desires to learn and practice leadership coaching.
What is the cost of the CLTC Course? Are there flexible modes of payment for the Course fees?
The entire cost of the CLTC course is Kshs. 300,000.00 excluding 16% VAT. Yes there are flexible modes of payment to pay the fees as shown below:
a) Full payment of Kshs. 348,000.00 by registration of the course.
b) Two payments of Kshs. 174,000.00 by the registration and Kshs. 174,000.00 before the 11th lesson.
c)Three payments of Kshs. 116,000.00 with the 1st payment by the registration, 2nd by the 6th lesson and the 3rd payment before the final performance evaluation.
d) Four payments of Kshs. 87,000.00 with the 1st payment by the registation date, 2nd by the 8th class, 3rd by the 16th class and 4th payment before the final performance evaluation.
e) Six payments of Kshs. 58,000.00 with the 1st payment by the registration, and the remaining payments on the 5th of the five subsequent months of the course.
How long is the Certified Leadership and Team Coaching Course?
The Certified Leadership and Team Coaching course will take about six months with the classes being conducted online on Tuesdays between 4.30 pm and 7.30 pm East Africa Time (EAT).

Is the CLTC Course accredited or approved by ICF to help me apply for an ICF credential?
Being an ICF Level 1 Accredited coach training program, CLTC is meets the requirements for the ACC credential pathway of 90 hours that includes 10 mentor coaching hours, 5 observed coaching sessions and a final performance evaluation at the ACC skill level.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund less US$ 50 administration costs.
- Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours to the start of class will incur a 30% fee.
- Upon request, one may receive a gift certificate to attend a future class in lieu of a cancellation or refund.
